FAQ’s on Land Planning Virtual Services:
What is a Project Review?
A Project Review is a professional landscape consultation where we look at your space, your goals, your budget, and your current plans — and give clear guidance before you spend money or start construction.
What’s the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3?
Level 1: Photo + estimate review with written feedback
Level 2: Everything in Level 1 + live video call walkthrough.
Level 3: Everything in Level 2 + custom drawings/renderings
Each level goes deeper so you get more clarity and confidence.
Who should choose Level 1?
Level 1 is great if you already have pictures, estimates, or ideas and just want professional feedback on budget, function, drainage, layout, or potential issues.
Who should choose Level 2?
Choose Level 2 if you want us to actually see the property. The video call lets us notice angles, slopes, access, sunlight, and details that photos often miss.
Who should choose Level 3?
Level 3 is best if you’re a visual person — or your project is complex. The drawings help you clearly see the ideas and communicate them to contractors.
Do you design full plans?
Level 3 includes concept drawings, not full construction plans. If you need full engineered drawings, we can discuss that as an optional next step.
How long does it take to receive my review?
Most reviews are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the level and project complexity.
What do I need to provide before the review?
Usually:
Photos or short videos
Rough measurements (if available)
Any current estimates or ideas
Where drainage or problem areas are
Your approximate budget
If you don’t have everything, we’ll guide you.
What happens during the video call (Level 2 & 3)?
We walk the property with you, ask questions, look at problem areas, talk about options, and make sure we fully understand your goals before making recommendations.
Will you recommend contractors?
Yes — when possible we can suggest what type of professional you need and what to ask them, but we don’t guarantee or manage other contractors.
Is this service independent and unbiased?
Yes. Our goal is to help you make the smartest decision — not upsell you on unnecessary work.
Do you help prevent costly mistakes?
Absolutely. Many people book reviews specifically to avoid drainage problems, bad layouts, overbuilt structures, or overspending.
Are refunds available?
Because of the time and preparation involved, reviews are generally non-refundable, but if something urgent comes up — we’ll work with you on rescheduling.
What happens after the review?
You’ll receive notes, recommendations, and (if Level 3) drawings you can reference, improve, or hand to contractors as a guide.
