FAQ

  • What is Sage?

Sage is a growing community and vision focused on helping people return to baseline — slowing down, reconnecting, finding grounded rhythms, and building healthier lives together.

  • What does “return to baseline” mean?

It means getting back to a steady, calm center — physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally — instead of living in constant overwhelm.

  • What are we building right now?

We’re building the foundation — systems, tools, gatherings, resources, and frameworks that will support people long-term.

  • Where do donations go?

Donations support development, infrastructure, creative resources, community gatherings, and helping people access Sage who may not be able to afford it.

  • Is Sage a charity or a business?

Sage is a growing mission-driven project. Some pieces are community-oriented, some are creative tools, and some will eventually support themselves financially — but the heart is service.

  • What is the 14-Day Card Deck?

It’s a simple daily guide designed to help you slow down, reflect, re-center, and build healthier rhythms a few minutes at a time.

  • Who is the card deck for?

Anyone feeling busy, overwhelmed, scattered, curious about growth, or wanting a gentle reset. No experience or “practice” required.

  • How long does each day take?

Most cards can be read and reflected on in 3–5 minutes — and the impact comes from consistency, not pressure.

  • Will Sage become a physical community space?

That’s part of the long-term dream — spaces, retreats, gatherings, and shared environments that support calm and connection.

  • Can I volunteer or get involved?

Yes — as we grow, there will be opportunities to help with gatherings, support, outreach, and creative work.

  • Are there future products or tools coming?

Yes — additional card decks, guided content, workshops, and supportive community experiences are all in development.

  • What if I can’t donate right now?

You’re still welcome here. Sharing, encouraging others, participating, and simply being part of the community matters.

  • Is Sage for individuals or organizations?

Both. Individuals, families, small groups, and eventually organizations can all use Sage frameworks to create healthier rhythms.

  • How do I explain Sage to someone else?

“Sage helps people slow down, reconnect, and build healthier rhythms — together.” Simple as that.

  • Why does building the foundation matter so much?

Because anything rushed collapses. We’re committed to building something steady, thoughtful, and sustainable — so it serves people well for years to come.
